Introduction
Thank you very much for your participation. The purpose of this study is to understand users’ interaction with museums on social media. Thus, your input is being sought for Ms. Sophia Bakogianni’s PhD dissertation that is conducted under the supervision of Dr. Jahna Otterbacher, Assistant Professor at the Open University of Cyprus (OUC).
The process of the study involves answering questions relating to your interactions with the MoMA on Instagram and your opinion on the museum social media activities. This short interview will be conducted via Instagram Direct. It should not take more than 30 minutes. But first, it is important that you fill in the form below, which includes some demographic data and it allows you to give your consent to the online interview. Please do not forget to indicate the date and time (time zone included) convenient to you for conducting the interview via Instagram Direct.
We are inviting you to participate in the study because you use or have used the MoMA’ s Instagram Page. We have no affiliation with the MoMA. Your participation in the study is completely voluntary. You may choose not to take part at all. If you decide to participate in the online interview, you may stop participating at any time. All personal information collected about you will be kept strictly confidential, and their use will abide to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ethical requirements of the Cyprus National Bioethics Committee that reviewed and approved this study (Ref. ΕΕΒΚ ΕΠ 2019.01.107/13-06-2019).
